Processing time of the shipment

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Should we unexpectedly have to deal with a large number of orders at the same time, it is possible that the shipment will be delayed by a few days. Always take into account extra days for the transport of the delivery, in addition to the processing on our part. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will always contact you by email or phone.

Local delivery

Is your shipping address within a radius of 12 kilometers from Heerlen? Then we offer you the possibility to choose for local delivery at the check-out of your order. With this option we will ask for your cell phone number so we can contact you to discuss the delivery options. With this shipping option, packages can be delivered the same day.




Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Can I cancel an order?

If you have changed your mind, you can cancel the order before it is prepared by us for shipment. Please contact us so we can cancel your order and refund your payment.



Can I cancel my purchase after shipping an order?

After shipment of an order you can refuse it upon delivery to the door, or within 14 days after receipt of your order. As soon as you have notified us of the unwanted items, we will arrange the return. You can do this via email: order@noaheem.nl. You will receive a full refund minus return costs, after the product has been returned to us. If you only return part of your order, we will refund the cost of those items, excluding the return and delivery costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We will only reimburse you via the chosen payment method. If you cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, the amount will be refunded immediately. After that it usually takes a few working days, depending on your bank, before the amount is in your account. Is it a returned order? In that case, the refund will not be made until the products have returned to our distribution center and have been checked by us. This may take a few working days.



What should I pay attention to when returning my order?

If you want to return your order, please contact us. We will send you a return label by email. With this label you can return your order insured with PostNL. Always make sure that the products are returned to us in their original condition. Exactly as you received it from us. As a consumer you are responsible for the return of the package, if we receive it back damaged, we can unfortunately not refund the purchase amount. If this has happened through no fault of your own, we ask you to contact PostNL or the courier you send the package with.



Was your order delivered damaged?

Then please contact us. We will look for a solution as soon as possible. Usually we ask you to take clear pictures of the package, the products and the packaging. After that we will start an investigation together with PostNL. After this we will send you a return label and ask you to return the damaged products to us.
